Need outstanding web designer to create business website from mockup

We are the international e-marketing agency, based in both US and France. We are looking for an outstanding web designer to create our business website's design to promote our services. We need ONLY Photoshop design/files; you don't need to provide web development service. - As the full function is already done, we can provide all necessary mockups for your work. - The site will have about 7 pages - The site will have responsive and single-page-website style so if you don't have experience in these two requirements, please don't bid. - Having experience in UI is an advantage. - You don't need to create various kind of color mixing because we have chosen them already. - We want to get 3 propositions for 3 principals pages. After having selected the best design among them, you can continue creating the all other pages basing on selected design. In the attachments are all subpages. You will find that site's structure is very simple and having a lot of repeat elements. Best candidate will also have oppornity to work with us in next projects. Thanks for bidding.
