Need flash-based masthead converted to HTML

We currently have a flash-based masthead for our site. This masthead has a login form: user types in their user name and password, and then clicks the Login button to login to the site. We need this Flash masthead converted to regular HTML. However, when you convert this to HTML, the form needs to work. All this FLASH based form does is post values to a separate page. The HTML form will need to do the same thing. There are two versions of our mast head: One for users that are logged out, and one for users that are logged in. The difference between these two mastheads are minor. Each masthead is in five languages. So, in summary: -5 "logged in" mastheads. (English, Spanish, German, French, Italian) -5 "logged out" mastheads (English, Spanish, German, French, Italian) I do not have the original PSDs or the .FLA sources for these videos. Only the SWF. So, you will need to rely on your own expertise (screen-scrape perhaps)? to get the graphics necessary to build your HTML based masthead.
