$400 Logo Design Project

I am looking for a designer to handle my $400 project Logo project. I need the best logo done. go here [login to view URL] he -adh [login to view URL] (take out the space and the - there is no space and - in the real site i just put it there so search engines wont read it) the logo there doesnt look that good. I need you to take a screen shot of that page and make a better logo. We are a job site we post jobs on our site and people can come to the site to view jobs and apply for jobs. Guidelines: A) I want to see how the logo look on the site so do a screen shot of the web site and just change the logo. The logo should say J&H and right next to it Jobs & Head Hunters and under it Jobs, Community, Recruiting & Head Hunter Site. The logo should be really big so i can shrink it if i need to.. And the logo should look very CORPORATE it is a giant job board ... B) the logo must match the site. The logo should look extrememly extremely extremly good. Find nice way to do the logo because this will be a VERY VERY BIG JOB BOARD. So i made the blue print please make the logo look good. The whole project is $400, You have to design a total of 10 logos for 10 different companies. The first one is J&H the rest will be something else. Please bid for the 10 logos. , lowest bid wins i dont have much money. But before I choose you i want you to make 3 Logo designs of J&H I dont want to see other company logo I want to see you do J&H. Send me 3 designs that are the best and the design has to be based on the above. Please do a great job. If you like your concept than I will choose you. So send me 3 design that is based on the above and than i will pick you as winner and we can start working on the other 9 logo for other company. When you make the design you can put watermark so i wont take your work. Post a bid less than $400 and send 3 design of the logo for me to choose make sure they are the best, than i will choose you and we can start.
