297024 HYIP Templates + Resell Rights

I need as many HYIP themed templates as my budget will allow. Note that I will accept .psd files as I know this will make it cheaper. I will need 100% full resale rights for the templates. Please also state how many templates your bid price would include. Please don't list a 'by the hour' or 'per template' price, just the total amount and how many templates for that price.
