Re-design of shopping like site

We are building an international consumer service that collects and presents professional test to facilitate online shopping decisions. A first version of the site has been developed with focus on functionality. This clone site has been developed very rapidly, with no thoughts on design. We are therefore now looking for a professional designer that can help us define our own design to the site. We want the end result to be delivered in XHTML (complete, working, and W3C validated) and use of Cascaded Style Sheets to a large extent.
