Ongoing long term work basic + commission

Description I am looking for a permanant employee to work 25 hours a week, mon-fri, fixed hours. Basic wage + comission of $50 per successful conversion from research. (After a small time could easily be $200++ per month for commission alone) 75% You will be researching and collecting data (for email marketing) Probably doing some basic DTP Basic HTML Forum posting You will need Skype, a webcam, and reasonable English. You will probably be Indian, Chinese, Ukrainian etc. You need to be intelligent. You will be getting a fixed wage + commission on market research work + postings if they produce sales You must be willing to install Teamviewer so I can watch what you are doing live. You will need a good internet connection. You will be tried for a day, then 1 week, if all is good after 1 month you have the job. With 5 hours a day you will also have time to do your other freelance projects. HOLIDAY - 1.5 days a month. (7.5 hours) Please bid for the fixed salary per month and supply your CV skills summary. If you are very cost effective (low bids) you have more chance of being picked. I am looking for a low cost solution.
