We are in need of a web page design for a charity organization to raise funds for children who require special medical attention. In some countries, medical expenses are not provided for by the government and we intent to support these children to a certain extent. We have most of the text up so all you have to do is do the page layout and provide the pics. These should be on Children or anything related to children. We would like to be able to communicate during the job via MSN or Yahoo Messenger so as corrections can be made much faster. If you do not have any of the two, it will be difficult for us to work. No backend is required as we will be intergrating it ourselves so you only need to do the front end for us. We would prefer the site to be done in html for easy corrections using Front Page. Payment will be in full upon completion of project.
