29800 Website Design Needed

Hello, I need a catchy HTML front page made. I don't really have too much in mind as far as what I am looking for so feel free to be creative. Here are the requirements... *I think I want a generally blue color theme. Probably some white and grays in there too. Maybe a little red would be fine - but mostly a bluish theme. *Fresh, not too heavy, catchy, flashy, fun. Clean and professional. *No flash, mouse tricks, etc. needed. *No stupid stock images of people. *If it looks like I could go to TemplateMonster and add in the stuff that you did then you won't be selected. I don't want this site to look like a generic template. *Site name is "Free Cash Guy". Slogan is "An Internet Revolution". You will need to create a professional-looking logo that integrates nicely with the rest of the site. Logo should be top-left or across the top. *Links are...Home, Join Now, How It Works, FAQ, About, Contact, Forum, Testimonials, Blog...these might end up needing to be changed, so if you aren't at all flexible then don't bid. I envision the links going down the left side or across the top (below the logo). *Any stock images of money etc. you can integrate would be good, but don't make it look cheesy. *Should have a fairly large area for text, with a catchy "Join Now!" graphic somewhere in or around that text block. *Needs to look good in all screen reolutions including 800x600, and in both IE and Firefox. *FAST LOADING - keep the file size DOWN. Over 50k will not even be considered - the lower the better. I will need to see mockups before I select anyone. If you are not flexible with changes then don't bid. I am reasonable and if I ask you to go way beyond what I feel the job is then I always throw in a little extra $$$. Please keep your bids low and reasonable, but I am willing to pay extra if a mock up really catches my eye. Again, NO GENERIC TEMPLATE-LOOKING SITES! Thanks, Brandon
