There can be many reasons which can cause this few of them are:- 1) The server on which website is hosted is vulnerable.(In this case you need to ask server management to take proper action.) 2) You use some script from a non authentic source which causing this problem(Edit or replace the script.) 3) You are a victim of cross site scripting.(Find and remove the comment which redirecting to other url and sanitize the Input) And few more. I can find and remove the source of this problem and can make the website work same as before. ps:- I have Masters Degree in Information Security.
