Looking for VERY Experienced Craigslist Ad Posters ASAP

Looking for Experienced Craigslist Ad Posters - Must be EXPERIENCED Description: We are a Real Estate company looking or an EXPERT or TEAM of EXPERTS to post Craigslist Ads 5 days per week. You will post approximately 50 ads 3X per day. Ads will only be posted in the apts/housing section in ONE UNITED STATES CITY. You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist. This will be an ongoing relationship with room for growth based on performance. We plan to increase to over 1000 ads per day vry soon! I will provide you with the ads to post each week. You will need to post approximately 50 unique ads three times per day, Monday through Friday. The ads could change slightly throughout the week. Your Responsibilities: • you will be responsible to manage your own IP addresses, proxies, and craigslist accounts as needed. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.) • you must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.) • you will need to monitor your posting to verify no ghosting, flags, etc. The posting must stay up at least 24 hours. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.) • Post all ads during US business day CST...must be available to CHAT via Google or MSN! • Varying ad copy and rotating ads - I will supply the ad copy and a selection of titles. You will need to modify for each set of postings. • Provide a daily excel spreadsheet with links to every ad • Should be easy to communicate with on a daily basis • You must have or create a Google Talk or Gmail Chat account. • You will need to set up email redirect to my email so that I can answer any requests/questions. You will also need to manage MANY different email accounts (If you do not understand, DO NOT BID) • You will need to know how to place html ads • You must have experience in placing html ads with multiple links. • You must provide REDIRECTING DOMAINS so the URL used in the ads DOES NOT get blacklisted. (This will be discussed in more detail) I will Provide: • Provide the 50+ ads and titles that need to be posted each week on Monday morning • My rate is .20 cents per listed ad - this can go up based on performance and results. I will pay every Sunday night prior to posting if the job is done properly Term: • There will be a trial period of 2 days to determine if you can get them to stick. If the first week is good, we will go on. • All postings must be done during US business day (CST) We are ready for multiple people to start immediately.
