Howdy! I'm a seasoned VO actor (over a decade of professional experience) working in a professional studio. If you're publishing through ACX, I'm very familiar with the requirements and can assure you that my files won't be rejected because of technical specs. I've narrated fiction and nonfiction titles alike, such as "Sophistication," "Dead Weight," and "Peace, War, and Liberty: Understanding U.S. Foreign Policy." You can hear more of my stuff in the new app Bound on which I narrated and produced "Purgatorio" and "The D.O.D.O. Files." I charge $400 per finished hour, which can be divided into 15-minute chunks ($100 per 15 minutes) after the first hour. So, my bid is for 90 minutes. (You can estimate by dividing your overall word count by 9,500 words per hour.) If you'd like the book to be a more immersive experience, with atmospheric sound effects and some audio effects done on the narration (like phone calls and such), I charge an extra $50 per finished hour.
