+++ URGENT: Need VB Software To Record Sound ++

Need a small software that is able to record wav files and organise the recordings in folders. Once recorded, compress and convert the wav into mp3 and the software should be able to trigger the default mail client (whether Outlook Express, Eudora, Microsoft Outlook etc), trigger the compose message function and attach the mp3 to the message. The software should allow previous recordings to be opened and edited (by recording over certain parts etc) and saved. When software is first started, it will send (by POST) it's license code to a remote server and, if the server returns a valid response, only then is the software able to run. It will also download a banner and audio file from the remote server. The banner will be displayed in the software and the audio will be added to the end of the mp3 recordings made by the user. 1) Software must be written in VB version that can import the project template we have designed in VB 2005 Express Studio (test your VB by importing the file attached to this project) 2) Non-disclosure agreement required. 3) Need to be able to run on Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista 4) Looking for experienced GAF provider for long-term relationship - to quote on updating the software as and when necessary TIME FRAME: Finish project with 5 days of accepting your bid. ++ Want to check if your VB Studio is able to import a sample project template that was exported from VB 2005 Express Studio?
