LIVING OUT LOUD VIRTUAL ASSISTANT I am seeking for my "missing piece" virtual assistant to assist with my blog and online coaching practice, Living Out Loud. The ideal applicant will be my long-term to assist and will be responsible for technical assistance as well as light administrative tasks. Currently, The anticipated work load is 5-25+ hours per week, depending on what needs to be completed (depending on the work load; some weeks will be emails and blogs, others will be full-steam telesummit work). Therefore, the applicant must be available on an as-needed basis. Please note that this position will grow along with this company, and it is a great opportunity to be in from the very beginning of a business startup, and hours may increase as the business grows. In the coming weeks, I will be looking to streamline my website and summit pages. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *Telesummit management *Website management *Optin Pages *Optimize Press *WordPress *WooCommerce *Sales Pages, billing, shopping cart maintenance *Email Management (AWeber) *Scheduling and scheduling plugins (WordPress) A PLUS: *SEO *Graphic Design *Website Design *Social Tasks (from time to time) *Online research (from time to time) Together, we will be creating an experience for the Living Out Loud audience that is warm, inviting, comforting, fun, highly responsive, and safe.
