Executive Assistant located in Seoul, Korea for our CEO

Our CEO is in Seoul, Korea, and we are looking for an Executive Assistant who can work with him on a daily basis and on-site. Target Start Date is around in the middle of August. The project will start as part-time and will eventually grow into a full-time (8 hours/day, M-F) job by around September for the right person. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for the CEO. • Managing personal errands for the CEO (e.g., getting groceries, paying recurring bills, booking medical appointments). • Handling and organizing meetings. • Keeping a record of third-party contacts organized and accurate. • Noting down important notes/events/action items and ensuring that the CEO is reminded of it in a timely manner. • Verifying the login credentials of company personnel to ensure the accuracy of the record, and ensuring that the 1Password application and the monitoring file is kept up to date. • Verifying the emergency contact numbers of personnel as needed (i.e., contact number is updated, new personnel is onboarded). • Handling the correspondences (e.g., e-mail, calls) with company personnel and 3rd party contacts, and ensuring that a timely response is received from them. • Generating report from our CRM tool periodically (i.e., daily and weekly) and pulling out the annual accounts of the company as requested by the CEO. • Generating data and presenting reports as requested. • Working on other tasks or finding other people who can work on specific tasks to keep the “small” (but relevant) things off of the CEO’s list of concerns. REQUIREMENTS: • Must be VERY detail-oriented. • Must be able to work with the CEO on-site. He is located in Seoul. • Must be fluent in spoken and written English. • The ability to handle confidential data and information appropriately.
