Energy Exemplar ([login to view URL]) is headquartered in Adelaide, hosting a user group meeting in Sydney on Thursday 21- Friday 22 Feb. Full day on Thursday, half day on Friday.
I'd like to record the presentation sessions as well as Q&A for posting on our website after the meeting.
I estimate that we’ll have up to 8 presos (with slides) of varying lengths on Thursday plus a panel discussion (no slides). Friday will likely be 2 presos (with slides). Final agenda is still in planning and I will update ASAP.
Location: InterContinental Hotel, Sydney
Dates: 21-22 Feb
Times: 9:00 – 5:00 on Thursday, 9:00 – 12:00 on Friday
Estimate about 30 attendees
• Videographer to provide camera/equipment for recording
• Slide sync to video
• All AV equipment for presentations to be provided by hotel AV provider
I will pay for your accommodation as I have a group room block set aside; assume you arrive on Wednesday and depart on Friday. You don’t have to include that as part of your quote. In addition, you are invited to take part in morning and afternoon tea as well as lunch each day.

Thank you for inviting me to bid on your project. With the information you've provided I have put together a quote. Of course depending on any further details it may change.
Included in the quote I provided is:
- Two camera set up (two shooters) for the days you listed, all equipment provided,
- one day of editing (editing software and hardware included),
- Freelancer.com adds a fee of $366 on top of the $3300
The final video would be a coverage of the presentations and Q&A from two angles plus in the edit we can cut to the power point slides provided. Myself and the second shooter are based in Sydney so accommodation won't be required.
Some questions for you:
1. Will there be a microphone used, in which case we can pull the sound from it? That's the best way to get a clear sound for these types of videos.
2. In the edit, would you require some simple graphics - titles for the speakers?
