Video automation script

wish to automate the videos for our services. these videos will be of 30 to 45 seconds long, will have fixed set of transitions and animations. photo, name, other texts will be changed and music too will be changed on every video. Sample videos are attached. We need to create script which can make video creation process automatic and can create light weight videos in bulk with great resolution without any technical skills.
