We need some help with some video editing on Premiere pro 2019. We are exporting our project file and having trouble with some of the sound with the clip with the mono and stereo part. When we export the video clip and upload to youtube, some customers with older phones can't hear the person talking yet on our computer and newer phones the sound plays fine. We found it down to being mono stereo issue but don't know how to fix it. If someone can help us on skype it would be great

Hello I would be very glad to fix this audio problem within Premiere! That is a well known issue and it has to do with the way that each platform and player manages the mono/stereo audio channels!
