sFTP/http/https source code (VB.NET)

The project requires one VB6/VB.NET application, that manages indipendent thread/tasks (please see PDF in attachment) The project requires the source-code of implementations carried out. The project required a full LOG system implemented for each action/error/warning. (1-main) a Dashboard that - monitors the status of all thread/task (active, connection receiving, file transfering, error, logs, ....) - manages the INI file or DB table where all parameters are stored. User, Pass, destination server, ... must be placed into a INI file or DB table (mySql DB is the solution preferred). - manages licence system. It is required an (innovative) system of license management. (2) an indipendent task/thread the "listen" a TCP port (for example 1234) and answers to the http/https connections (like a web server). When an external client calls https://server:1234 this application has to answers with different actions, depending on the parameters in the call string. For example https://server:1234?Param1=Restart must restart Windows. List of actions are (more or less) 10. (3) an indipendent task/application that has to manage FTP/sFTP file transfer with authentication system. In case of error in the file transfer, the application must be able to continue or start again. This task/application must share the status of job, minute by minute, or less. (4) an indipendent task/application that has to manage http/https calls to an external server with authentication system. For example [login to view URL]:4321/WebService1+param and manage the results (text or XML or file download) User, Pass, destination server, ... must be placed into a INI file or DB table. List of webservice are 10 (more or less). In case of error in the file transfer, the task/application must be able to continue or start again. This task/application must share the status of job, minute by minute, or less. (5) an APP wrote using B4A/B4I to monitor (with Android and IOS) the LOG of applications above. Please note again: the project requires the source-code of implementations carried out and the payment will be authorized after source check. For more details, please see PDF in attachment. The environment available is Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise. The project will be installed on Windows machine without IIS or any WebServer, inside a protect-environment without any external access, so no remote test/access will be possible.
