Hey guys, At my gaming studio - BlueJet I have a target of building casual games for a global audience. My strategy is to identify niche sub genres in Puzzle/slots/board games and build games which can generate 500k-1Mn USD revenue yearly per game. By targeting niche areas, it reduces marketing expense and provides 30%+ profit margin. My background - Graduated from IIT Bombay in 2015 and started a company - Innovision which is currently profitable. I am a casual gamer and have deep expertise in product management and customer research. I am looking for a game dev who has atleast 2 years of experience in Unity and Android app dev both. It is a big plus if you have experience in creating basic game Art. The compensation will be per month basis and requires 3-4 hours per week of work. There will also be a revenue sharing component if your work produces good result.
