Built a simple video playback app for Oculus Quest

We do this in order to make sure the brief is read before you respond, and therefore don't post a price point without knowing the desired project. The concerned project here is to develop a simple application for an oculus Quest device. Walkthrough of the app: Step 1: User puts the headset on Step 2: Automatically, the app loads its start screen, which is a video loop in the background added with a logo to be provided. Step 3: An animated graphic (to be provided by you) indicates the users to do an up and down head movement to select LANGUAGE 1 and left and right head movement to select LANGUAGE 2. After the user made its movement, the selected language is displayed and a countdown displays the time before the video starts (5 seconds). Step 6: A video is played in the selected language KEYWORD: QUEST Step 5: Once the user has finished the video, the application goes back to start screen Step 6: If the user removes the headset before the end of the clip, a 30 second laps allows the user to resume the experience. A up and down head movement resumes the video, a left and right movement returns to home page.
