Hello, We have created optimized bootstrap HTML's. your task is to create Umbraco templates from that HTML footer/header and inner pages. The forms will be calling web services so no DB work required. Attached is the URL to the HTML's Templates must be google speed optimized like the current HTML's are.

I am seeing on existing html website an ability to switch to other languages. Is this some thing also required in new Umbraco site? If yes, how many languages support required?
