Integrate delivery software with twilio so customers can schedule package pickup

We are a local retail store and have our own delivery drivers for local deliveries. We would like our customers to be able to schedule a pickup to return products to our store by sms text messaging. We currently use Detrack [login to view URL] for our delivery scheduling and tracking. Detrack has an API that can create a pickup for our driver. I would like to use twilio sms APIs and widgets to receive the customers sms text message, request necessary data, parse the data and create and post the API post to Detrack to schedule the pickup in Detrack. Here is the Detrack API request needed: Only the "date", "do" and "address" fields are required. The rest of the fields are optional. Twilio sends a sms text message in reply asking for the customers address and order/receipt number (order number can be used for do_number in the detrack API). Twilio then will take the customer reply information and create the proper API to schedule the collection in Detrack
