I am looking for a skilled, experience translator to review a set of 5,000 sentences that I previously had translated. Please look at the attached Excel file. You should look at the last tab called "Working". You will notice that column D has 5,000 English sentences. Column E has these sentences translated into Russian. You will notice that columns B and C show the word / idea that the sentence is designed to use. (Don't worry if the English uses a noun form and the Russian uses a verb form, or something like that. That's not important.) I need you to review all 5,000 translated Russian phrases in column E and confirm that these translations are PERFECT. Specifically, I would like you to look for: 1) Typos or spelling mistakes 2) Translations that sound awkward to a native speaker 3) Parallel sentence structure between English and the translation* * For example, if the English is: "He is a short, old man.", then the words for "short" and "old" should come in that order in the translation. If you find any phrases that require edits, please type your proposed updated translation in an empty column to the right of column K. Please do not change or edit any other tabs.
