I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - you can't bend the sheet at the straight angle - there should be a minimum curvature... 2 - those two holes are equally departed from the mid-plane, but which distance from the bottom? 3 - what file type do you need? dxf for laser/waterjet cutting and step for bending are ok?...
