I put my bid at $60 due to the fact that there may be unknown variables in accomplishing what you are asking. My rate is $20.00 per hour, and I give a good 3 hour window in case any issues arise. The task sounds straightforward enough, but you never really know until you get into the files. Just to explain my usual process; I usually work in an iterative state. We discus the job.
