Write a program that loads a character skeleton from a .skel file (described below) and display it in 3D. All joints in the skeleton will be 3-DOF rotational that rotate in x first, then y, then z. The program should perform the forward kinematics computations to generate world space matrices for the joints. The program should be able to load any skel file given to it. You can design your own skel file, and you may want to be able to load/display different files while you are doing your demo.

I have done this project in the past. send me a reply and I will send you an exe sample. The project I did in the past was both a .skel and .skin file. I will prefer a fixed rate and I will modify the project to be totally different from the old one in 1 day and send it to you if you award the project to me.

I have a great experience in 3D math, algorithms, 3D files formats, did animation and skin animation system, plugins for import/export from many 3D formats, including 3DS, .LWS, .X, .U3D, .DAE, etc. Price and time I entered is just for reference and mostly depends on how you want to render and use all this data. Import and render itself can be done in just a few hours. Have my own 3D viewer, and if you are OK to view in it, then everything will be done in half of day. BTW, do you want to animate objects?
