TeleMates is currently looking for additional BPO provider partners globally to assist us expand our B2C sales operations. You will be calling Australian Consumer Customers. TeleMates has been offering fixed wire services nationally for over 12 years now. With over 45’000+ customers we are no small company and we do all our own Billing and Customer Service in-house. We are looking for new partners to assist with outbound residential sales. We have the ability to process an unlimited amount of sales per month but are looking for partners that can offer not less than 100 quality B2C sales per month. All sales are uploaded to our web based billing system, we do final verification's and processing. The leading provider in Australia is Telstra with 80%+ market share of the fixed wire phone service market. TeleMates guarantees in writing to beat all advertised Telstra Retail rates. Our rates can’t be beaten and this has made us very popular with our customers. All rates plans and customer terms are on our website and we invite you to visit it [login to view URL] (Note our new Unlimited ADSL 2+ Internet connections with unlimited data access and generous call allowances. Very easy sell [login to view URL]) TeleMates wholesales its network access directly with Telstra Wholesale and as such has full access to all Telstra Wholesale products and services including NBN. Bids should be for 50 sales in a month. EG: if you are offering to do 50 sales at $50 each your bid would be $50 x 50 = $2'500. If you can do more then 50 sales that's great but please only base your bid on the amount you will charge for 50 approved sales. We also offer 3G Mobile services. NBN and regular Internet services Nationally. We are looking for partners that can start IMMEDIATELY! We provide full DNC Washed Data ready for you to call. You only need to provide the staff and we can provide the VOIP trunks. We provide a full web based system to upload your sales. Saw your website. My company name is Umair Group International. Our website is umairgroup.com. We have global sales and marketing experience. We have a professional telemarketing team. We have worked on different categories of products. We have the capability to sell anything anywhere around the world. We are not specifically a call center. In addition to telemarketing, we provide various other services (see our website). I am confident that my team can do more than 50 sales, but we will start with 50 sales/month. We would require 3 days to absorb the product knowledge, get to know your competitor, telstra, and develop our strategy accordingly. If you have a great service and your rates are unbeaten as you say, then we can help you beat telstra. We need your trust and cooperation. Amount we charge per sale must depend on the package we sell. If I am not wrong, any package we sell will be a 12 months subscription and the client will pay on monthly basis. You also have a 24 month package. There must be some difference between compensation on sales of EG, $10 and $50. We can start immediately, but our 3 day festival, Eid-ul-Adha, is coming on 6th of october. It would be better if we start after that. More details can be discussed. Few questions. 1. I work as a BD manager for premier BPO which has 3 location. We have 1400 + agents. We can do this for you but what stops me is the pricing structure. We normally go by FTE price. If you are willing to pay us $1500/ full time employee with extra commission on sales. we will be looking at this as a fruit full opportunity. PM me with your thoughts . Hi Sir I own the 2 call center in Pakistan. I live in England profile and clients will be provided on demand . Secondly we have done Telemarketing for UK and Australia before and still doing. We are currently running project of Personal Injury in Australia . We do leads as well. This is just a small introduction. To be honest i don't know what is response of your company in Australia so need to check it by a trial version. Cost of trial version will be expense by my company we won't charge you anything for it but if sale came up so will provide it you. Secondly if we think that we can deliver 50 or 100 will tell you. Is there any kind of target which have to achieve to release the billing or you will pay by every sale.
