Expectations & Payouts
1.2 SPD/Agent – Payout is $8/hour.
2.1.5 SPD/Agent – Payout is $7/hour.
3.1 SPD/Agent - Payout is $6/hour.
1.8 Resolutions or More per Day per Agent – Payout is $ 10/hour.
2.5 – 8 Resolutions per Day per Agent – Payout is $8/hour.

Security Deposit of 75000 INR is required from the call center. The complete money is refundable with in 90 days. The Security is asked for securing each party's interest. Inbound is guaranteed on successful ramp up of sales seats.
Payout is Bimonthly.
Calling Data: Needs to be Arranged by the call center.
Tech Specs: Predictive Dialier required. No manual calling.
