Window server admin

Currently in need of solid Windows Server Admins in the Chicago land area. This is a 6 month project with immediate placement. We will be assisting an already in place Enterprise Level Information Support Services department with their existing initiatives. This is contract work and you would be working as an independent contractor. A high level of professionalism is required. We ask that you be on time, follow instructions, answer emails/phone calls, and be fully committed to each contract. Hours: M-F 40 hours per week possibly more Location: Chicago/DowntownEnsuring availability and performance of Windows Servers along with enterprise applications and proactive monitoring Windows Server patching and upgrades Participate in production support activities on a 24x7 basis as [login to view URL]: Strong/Expert level understanding of windows server 2008 & 2012 in an enterprise Hyper-V vm environment along with AD, SCOM, SCCM, SMS, DPM, Solarwinds. Strong/Expert level of planning, & organizational skills in a large Enterprise environment with multiple projects simultaneously. Experience/Education: ~ BA or MS degree in CS, IS, or other related fields ~Min 3 years of enterprise level windows server support ~Min 3 years of virtualization experience ~Industry certifications are a plus
