Hello! After looking what you wrote, it seems that the internet load balancer might be having a problem. Although you have 3 broadband internet it doesnt add download or upload. What i recommend is adding port traffic shaper rule, i dont know if sonicwall is capable of doing that. You should check if your ISP can increase your upload speed, as RDP connections uses lots of download/upload. Are you using patch-cord configuration and VLAN configurations in your switchs? How much switchs are you using?
