Jaspersoft's BI Specialist - Dashboard, JRXML, SQL

Hi, I am looking for Jaspersoft BI specialist including all technologies to build interactive dashboards. e.g JRXML, Ad-hoc view, Report development, Dashboard, Domain and Datasource setup, manage repository and security constraints.  This is long term task for the right candidate which will span over few months. Please apply with screen shots of the dashboards you have build in the past using jaspersoft BI. I have attached one sample task for you to look and see if you are comfortable and can do that. You can expect the similar tasks once selected. You will get the bonus point in selection if you are able to solve attached excercise but please note I won't pay anything for attached excercise and for competent person it shouldn't take more than few hours. Please also note if you able to solve attached excercise then I don't need the solution just send me the screen shot of solution which are suffice in order to prove that you solved it.
