Bachelor's degree in computer science. - I'm ready to create test plan before job, so you can see I inderstand your product. - I always make set of cases on my tests, so 2nd not a problem too. - Don't you need UX/UI advices, compatiblity etc? - What if it will be some delays from developer, and I won't done all job in 1 mounth because of that? - How I will contact with him? His working hours? Where's he from? - I'm OK with fixed price equal 300$. It's clear that I will have nothing if there will be some delays from me.
