I would like to hire an ActionScript Developer

I'm creating a custom pod for Adobe Connect, using the Adobe Connect SDK. I have the majority of the code built, but I'm very new to AS3, and don't understand a lot of the errors. This is a simple drag/drop game. Users will drag an item, and there are no defined targets, as the background is mapped out for them. I have the code to connect the drag/drop game to the Adobe Connect room. That's fine, that works. The bit I need help with, is including the SyncConnector function in to the code that will then allow only the host to work with it. I've found several YouTube articles and online articles which are fairly helpful, but maybe require more knowledge than me to get the full code correct. Please help, as this is for a tight deadline. I can provide links to the Adobe Connect SDK site, the documentation, my source code, source file and also the articles I've been using that reference finished code for alternate types of pods (chat boxes, etc) but not for a drag/drop game. I'd estimate for an experience AS3 developer, this is 1-2 hours of work, as the code is pretty much finished.
