Metatrader 4 EA -- 2

The project will be in two or more stages. Right now I am looking for first stage bids. After back testing – I will proceed to next stages if results are promising. First stage 1. Should work specified time frame, even if chart is on a different time frame. 2. 4/5 digits brokers any type of account (ECN or fixed spread) 3. Specify separately slippage for entry and exit. 4. Specify time, regardless of computer time or broker platform time. If I specify GMT+2, EA should assume that is the correct time. 5. Specify DST yes or no and dates of DST. 6. Specify exit based on counter signal or not (“not” means exiting by SL/TP only) 7. Specify initial SL/TP and break even (for example if I enter break even = 30, when price reaches 30 above entry, SL moved to BE). If zero, that means trade is running free (no stop loss or no TP) Entry/exit 1. ENTRY. Use relative vigor indicator (RVI) and or bulls indicators to provide entry signals. If red line of RVI crosses the green, Sell and vice versa or if bulls indicator is negative, sell and vice versa. I should be able to choose which indicator to use, and if I choose both, then trade is enter when both agree. 2. EXIT. If exit is based on counter signal, then same rules as entry apply. If not, then leave it to SL/TP 10 stage SL 1. I have a 10 stage SL programmed that I want incorporated in the EA. It was programmed in 2005 or 2006, but it is working today with FxOpen demo platform. Perhaps there are some minor changes to be made, but it seems to me it is working fine. Anyway, I will supply it if we reach an agreement. 2. When the 10 stage SL kicks in, It has to take over, and delete the values (SL, and BE) entered in the beginning BUT it should leave the TP intact . Remarks. If you have leading indicators that you think are better than the ones specified, I would be glad to discuss it, and incorporate in to the EA as an additional entry/exit option. I like the RVI (+ some confirmation) , but I don’t have much experience and I am always open to suggestions)
