Require a python developer to code up a module which extracts all articles on a stock symbols from a series of websites for a given date range. The output of the project should be 2 excel files (one for input , one for output), and python codes (well commented) Exact Inputs (Read inputs from an excel file) List of Stock symbol names: [‘AMD’, ‘HALO’ , ] List of website names: [‘[login to view URL]’, '[login to view URL]', '[login to view URL]' ] Date Range: Start and end date should be a an input from the shell or some UI. Format: [07/24/2018;16:00→ 08/01/2018;23:00] Expected Output: Different Excel files for each symbols containing: Stock symbol name Article title Article website name Article link Article posting name Article text Article figures This module is part of a larger project that require continual development. You can have me scrape your list of websites using the BeatifulSoup Python library. Additional libraries such as "requests" will be needed for the script to log in to said sites. I'll comment within the code as much as I can without making it messy, I have a set of great tools, which can automatically scan pages, parse any content on a web page, and clean up database. I crawled sites with more 10 min pages.
