Hi, I have built ML-based trading bots for cryptos based using Binance's API. I have worked on the data analysis, the feature selection, and the interface for the program to work (fetch data and make bids) in real time. For that, I worked with candlestick charts separated by seconds, and farmed data for a few weeks to train the model. I believe I can work with stocks as well, and I can get myself trained to understand the nuances of that kind of market better. Depends on the core strategy that need to be shared and what kind of strategy it would be, single symbol trading with or without risk management with technical trading or more market related trending trading. Either way a simple working core strategy is the most important and a way to at least back test (MetaTrader5 is ideal as it has a full C library with back testing build in). ML trading bots are just as good as what you give them to learn from be it either a simple clasification or more regression based. All of the above can be build it will just depend on what platform the trading bot would need to run and where the data would come from.
