SQL Server 2008 Forms Authentication / Custom Security Extension

I would like to hire someone to build a custom security extension and implement forms authentication on a Windows 2008 Server running SQL Server 2008R2. I have a working installation of this on SQL Server 2005. But I cannot get it to work on SQL 2008. I have also attached a write up that includes specific instructions on how to build and implement forms authentication for SQL 2008. But I can't get that to work either. The deliverable is a custom security .dll, a logon page, and instructions on how to configure the Report Manager and the Report Server. It could be as simple as succssfully implementing what is in the attached write-up.
