Spork a cryptocoin masternode project with C++ and make some changes -- REPOST

I need someone that will fork the existing github code of a masternode coin (cryptocurrency) Currently there is only a single colateral amount, I want to change that to tiered nodes. To sumarize the tasks, you will have to do the following; Task 1 Create tiered nodes for 3K coins for 10K coins for 50K coins for 100K coins Task 2 Make the reward distribution is the same apr for each tier based on collateral amount Should be activated on spork activation Task 3 Install segwit Drop berkeleydb and level db support and move to upscale db for blockchain and all other db structures. Create db upgrade process Will probably have to run all dbs in tandem and then switch over to new db on spork activation NOTE : I will not pay exorbitant rates, I am not rich. This is a community coin and none of the core teams are filthy rich. Please bid normally.
