• Need a windows app, better if a .exe works standalone without installation on PC. • Basic login feature where a user can log in with preassigned ID and password (Id will be email id and password a 128 bit encrypted key stored in data base) • Content (videos and PDF) are currently hosted on a google drive, need to stream them in desktop app when user logs in, each user will have a separate set of files in his access (as per the course they enroll) • Upon login, user can browse the files he has access for and can watch videos and read pdfs. • When the content will render on user app, need to show his login id as a watermark always on at random places on his screen (on top of videos and pdfs) • If the app can have feature of tracking screen recorder or not in focus, the streaming needs to be stopped. User must keep the app on top to get the streaming of content. • At any point User shall not be able to download content on his PC by any means.(this is most important security feature needed)

Hello, I have read your requirements and checked the attached files, I can create app .exe which will work without setup and will have basic login facility as your requirements. It will show pdfs and videos with login id as water mark. I will try to prevent screen-shots and screen recorder(I can try this not sure 100% but I can detect some software which records screen). User will not be able to download the content. I have 5+ years experience of software development. Thanks Mahesh
