hi I can help with your hard ware part, you can use a finger print scanner which I feel is more secure and easy to use than rfids which require every one to have a special card

Hi. I can develop your project. I did a similar project where I used a raspberry pi and a 125khz usb rfid card reader. Every time a user swipes her card, her activity is recorded in a sql database, and exported to a csv file at the same time, which is updated with each read. The csv file can be accessed over the local network or sent daily to an email. It would be helpful if you could provide me with more details of the project. A flow chart if possible, to make a proposal. Best regards.
