Fetch tender data from SIMAP API

Hi there, The requirements look rather clear and straightforward to implement. You need to use TED Website API to access the data you need. For that you have to acquire an API which is requested by email to op-ted-helpdesk at [login to view URL] I'm not sure if that requires you to be a citizen of a country in EU. If that's the case you have to apply yourself and then pass me the API key and if not I can handle that part on my own. Upon receiving the API key we just need to call notice endpoint. For your first inquiry we need to use expert search code TD and A to fetch notices with document type "Prior Information Notice with call for competition". For the second one, there are country code CY and main activities MA you can use for industry. However, there's no code for size as far as I can see. Anyway, I am planning to use py3 for this along with requests. If you prefer py2 instead please let me know. I have intentionally selected a longer deadline since I don't know how long it'll take aquiring the API key. Actual code will be ready in 2 days at most upon receiving one.
