I would like to apply for this post. Just a quick background, i worked as a Reports Analyst for 9yrs. 5yrs of which is from US employer, 2yrs from British and the remaining 2yrs from an Australian employer. All are BPO company.
I am very good at excel spreadsheets and bulk data. I create template depending on the data need. I report directly to the Operations Director giving the company the data analysis from previous, present to future trend.
I do daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports of KPIs, i also manage the leave tracker of all 400 employees with the template i made, i also prepare the data needed for the payroll. I extract it from the biometrics program and upload it to the template i created. Full details including (lates, absences, OT, holiday, night differential, etc.)
I am suitable for this job because i am goal driven and deadline conscious. I'm a team player and i make sure i establish a good relationship with my colleagues. I also have the experience working with Australian and British clients. I work with less supervision and think outside the box. I love to create new things and process to help me and the company achieve the goals in an above average pace.
