SEO/Sales Long-term Partnership

Sales/Marketing Partnership Agreement We are looking for a sales & marketing firm who specializes in all areas of marketing to form a long term partnership with. The ideal candidate preferably should have a sales team, or access to a sales team that are able generate high quality leads. This will be a profit sharing as well as commission based partnership, all SEO/internet marketing work acquired by our company will be outsourced to you. In return you must provide on going SEO, internet marketing, link building, web promotions etc for our company. (This cost is solely yours) ALL sales generated from your internet marketing, AND sales team will earn you 20% commissions of the price of the project. (For example: we charge a customer $5000 for an Ecommerce site, customer find us through search engine rankings or was reffered to us via word of mouth you earn $1000). The expected budget of each project will be provided upfront for your convenience. You must also provide reports, perform only white hat tactics, able to show past results, manage PPC campaigns and not be overpriced. We are a Canadian company that plans to tap into various markets such as the US, Caribbean, and UK, to which you will provide the marketing for. We also have a few up and comming sites, all will need SEO and sales. This SEO opportunity has great potential to provide lots of contracts as we build our North American and Caribbean SEO brand. We prefer dealing with one company that does both sales, and marketing, however if needed, several partners will be sought depending on their areas of expertise. Please indicate your area of expertise in the questions below. There will be a probationary period, for 12 months (negotiable). If the partnership proves to be profitable for both parties through your marketing/ sales tactics, we will seek to extend our partnership and put your company on the payroll. We are looking for a long term relationship, DO NOT waste our time, if you are not reliable, EASILY accessible (via gmail, messenger, skype, email), and posses a strong work ethic. This partnership is ideal for people who have the potential to bring in projects but does not like the hassles of web design/development. *If you do SEO/Internet marketing alone please indicate that in the criteria questions below, sales, same thing. Indivdual freelancers are also welcome to bid for sales positions with the potential of earning a base salary after probationary period. REQUIREMENTS: You must provide sales/leads statistics Be able to write and manage search engine PPC ad campaigns Make strategic reccomendations, suggestions, and campaign ideas upon request Manage social networking platforms, google analytics, adwords etc Provide a portfolio of success that we can use on our website portfolio (in the promotion of our SEO skills which of course will be outsourced to you) Must be able to provide specific high ranking keywords (that will eventually convert to sales) Must not use link farms or other frowned upon black hat techniques Should not violate any of the search engines rules and conditions Target audiences only fom North America, the Caribbean and UK Must NOT outsource SEO/marketing work to a 3rd party (outsourcing of sales personnel is allowed) Criteria: 1) How many years of experience do you possess? 2) Past successes including examples of past client's sites and SEO results (page rank etc) 3) Exact white hat processes that you use? 4) Explain in detail your Link building processes. 5) What is the maximum number of projects that you handle at one time? 6) Do you offer any statistical analysis/reports? and how often do you provide these reports? 7) How often do you maintain a given site (do you look at it every 3 days, 7 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, ect….)? 8) How you would build solid targeted, long term & lots of traffic to our site. 9) What are your company rates/pricing plans 10)Do you offer market research? 11)What possible quota (of website/development sales) do you think you can attain with your skills? 12)What are your payment terms and payment methods (so that we can position ourselves accordingly to suit your needs) 13) What are your specific areas of expertise?
