20 Permenant PR4 & 5 links for a SEO company

We require 10 PR4 & PR5 links / month for our SEO company. Our Terms are: Your quote will be for the price for the whole project. - Links will be permenant - Links must be done with text combinations soecified by us. - Links must be listed on web page that has the specified PR not just the website. - No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, frame site or any illegal sites. - One link per IP/domain - Permanent link, provider must ensure to check the links and make sure links do are not removed by webmasters. - No more than 50 links per page - Link pages should be static (not dynamic with querystrings) - Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag -Link pages should be relevant & related - All links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking and the like - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable - One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted - Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) - Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. - No text to mention the links are paid links. - sites must be live - Sites must be in same or closely related sector and in English language. - We must review your sites first. We have a right to reject sites that we don't think are appropriate. If satisfactory service is given, similar projects will follow. 50% of payment will be paid within 7 working days of links being placed and verified and another 50% will be paid after that the links are cached.
