Get clicks for my affiliate account

Hello i need to market my affiliate account at a forex broker and a copy trading service. I would like to hire for this, use social medias, like facebook, blogs anything you can think of , but check for presence of the service providers i have affiliate accounts for so we do not collide with others. We will also use google ppc, and or other sevices of your proposal. I need results, so no lamers that post nonsence in blogs, if i see no results i will hire somebody else. Marketing is though and expensive, lets do it the gerilla way, i.e show ads everywhere possible to the smalles cost
