460858 Results based SEO for UK Website

I need SEO for my website, I have 7 Keywords that I need targeting. Compared to most keywords on the internet they are not that competitive and I already rank in Google UK page one for three of them with little SEO. SEO must consist of link building and can include ‘on-site' SEO if you think it's required. I want to rank as follows for the 7 keywords in Google UK: (please message me for actual keywords) Keyword 1: Top 3 on 1st Page (currently at 9 on 1st page) Keywords 2, 3, 4: Top 4 on 1st Page Keyword 5: Position 1 or 2 on 1st Page (currently at 5 on 1st page) Keyword 6: Position 1 on 1st Page (currently at 3 on 1st page) Keyword 7: Top 5 on 1st Page I need to see results before you receive payment, however, I am happy to split the above task into milestones where you will receive payment after completing each milestone: ie.
