adwords clickbot

Hello people, I need a coder/programmer to create an adwords clickbot. I need a bot that will click the crap out of my competitors adwords ads. I need exactly one ad removed. The reason being is that this is my former employee that new my niche and then copied my business. I want him out of there. The idea is that the bot you create can use multiple IPs to make lots and lots of clicks to his ad. To astronomically increase his budget.
