quite simply i need someone to teach me how to install csv files into a table in ms sql 2005... i'm using the express version on manager. I've already tried to use openrowset and probably just need some syntax help on that. Or i need to get DTS properly installed.

Your task is a straight forward one , actually It's one of the simplest if we talk about all available tasks that can be completed through the Import/Export Wizard in SQL Server 2005 or through SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services(in 2005) , the former DTS(in 2000 version) . Regardless of the fact, that I'm new to this site, You can check my Resume - I'm a Microsoft Certified SQL Server 2005 Database Administrator and Developer - You can check within microsoft site(the details are in my Resume). Currently, I'm working in a Company with about 60 work places, so making scheduled import/export tasks from different formats, like CSV,XML,etc into SQL Server (tables) - is something that I do on a dayly basis ...
