132622 Blog duplicated on 2 Joomla.

Hi, I need this doing very quickly... Basically I want an admin page where I can post a new article.. ie. (title)(imageurl)(shortdecription)(longdesciprtion) When I submit it it will automatically post the blog to both these sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Each newest blog must be displayed on the front page and on the News page... But only 1 article at a time. The rest of the older articles are to be placed in a list on the right hand side of my page where it says "Latest News" In this right hand side Latest News I only want it to display 7 articles at a time, with a (more articles) link if they wish to see really old news. I want a character limit so the front page only displays say 300 characters or whatever parameter I set, and then theres a Read More link etc to the article. So basically I can be anywhere in the world... and easily post an article from the admin page to appear on both websites.. I think it's quite an easy task but please let me know if the budget is far out or not. Also if I submit the article without a picture then that is also fine. but the picture must be resized automatically to a small picture at the left of the text.
