Telephone Operator with Excellent English, US Customer Experince and VOIP Needed

I need a full time worker with a working VOIP line with great English and solid Customer service experience to handle incoming calls for our website. Must have good experience working with US customers over the phone. Must be organized, have high speed internet access, and the ability set up VOIP for incoming calls and some outgoing follow-up calls. We will need 40 hours per week and eventually 60 hours per week. Average calls are from customers for order shipment tracking, product questions, and arranging replacement parts to send to them from our vendors. Also, closing sales with interested customers by offering discounts and incentives.
